  • Eat well, lose weight and get fit

    Lets face it, we all want to be in better shape and improve our health and that takes effort and discipline….and a well thought out plan. But who has extra time to spend shopping and cooking? Several years ago I knew that I needed to get in better shape and I so badly wanted to lose 15 or 20 pounds but was stuck at 5 and no matter how much harder I exercised I could not break through that wall.     According to information put out last year during National Bullying Prevention Month , more and more children are having to deal with bullying than ever. A Statistic from StopBullying.gov states, “that nearly 30% of students in 6th through 12th grades report being the victims of bullying.
